At Gaia Bonita, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure quality. Due to the nature of our items—many of which are handmade and natural, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product you received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gaiabonitapr@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.
